First Sunrise in 2008

The was the first sunrise of 2008 in Juoksengi Sweden. Just a couple minutes after taking the photo the sun was gone.

Christmas is Here!

Yes, Christmas is here (well, in Sweden anyway). Zoe went right to the tree to start opening her presents, so we let her open a couple before breakfast. Now it's time to prepare the Christmas dinner.

This was my first time shooting the local reindeer with our new Nikon D40 and a 18~200mm lens. It was nice to be able to zoom in on them from so far away.
